Pay:
$250K - $300K OTE (50/50 split) + Equity
Location:
Hybrid 1-2 times a week in Princeton, New Jersey

We are looking for a highly accomplished, high-performing – Director of Sales for an AI-powered software company with the mission of accelerating digital transformation in pharma, life Sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability via their connected intelligence platform.
As the Sales Director, you will be part of a growing sales team, devising strategies and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Generate revenue by selling enterprise AI products in a defined industry vertical and territory.
Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level by selling the enterprise–wide value proposition associated products to the highest levels within customer organizations.
Understand the customer's business requirements, direction, and strategic vision by building customer relationships at the highest levels of relevant business areas.
Build customer awareness and understanding the business direction by managing accounts that keeps key customers informed.Qualifications
Strong SaaS Sales background as a Hunter.
6+ years of experience in hands-on outbound sales role, selling enterprise software products (Supply chain/Big Pharma/Life Sciences domain) is must.
Relationship development and business development experience required.Knowledge of Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence, databases, and SaaS/cloud technologies preferred.
