Adecco has a New Opportunity for you in Pharmaceutical Outside Sales Manager, located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Pharmaceutical SalesThis is a Direct Hire position starting at $90K + 30% Bonus (KPI Driven) + Benefits PackageIn this role, you will be responsible for the below tasks/dutiesResponsibilities:Drive all sales efforts to grow Dietary Supplement salesAchieve sales growthResponsible for forecasting of sales growth (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually)Increase knowledge on current trends and customer needs to develop new business opportunities.

Review actual sales results/data to develop action plans to assist with performance gaps.


Requirements:
Education - Bachelors Degree in Business8 + years of supplement sales growthPositive Track record in driving Business and Revenue GrowthExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong Negotiation Abilities and techniquesProficient Communication skillsMaster of time management - ability to manage multiple projects
