- Desired candidates must have two to four years of experience working with healthcare institutions and businesses, and have a solid working knowledge of regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse, False Claims Act, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPPA/HITCH privacy and security, managed care contracting, Medicare and Medicaid, and hospital/physician contracting.
- Excellent academic credentials and a JD degree from an accredited law school are required, and current law firm experience working as an associate in this field of practice is preferred.
