    The Data Engineer Manager – Analytics & Reporting will collaborate in the development of the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for advancing the analytical and reporting services in support of machine learning and firm reporting.

    This position will lead and evolve a team of data scientists, data modelers, and BI developers.

    This position reports to the Data, Analytics, and Reporting (DART) Senior Manager.

    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the implementation of strategy around the data visualization services in support of enterprise reporting data needsDesign, develop, implement, and maintain our machine learning architectures (E.g., Azure machine learning environment, data lakes, endpoint delivery, end to end ML pipeline)

    Manage and coach a team of data scientists, modelers, and Power Business Intelligence (PBI) developers Manage team resource scheduling and assignments to ensure optimal utilization across operations, projects, work efforts, and internal initiativesCollaborate with the DART Senior Manager for the development of strategy around the machine learning program in support of enterprise data initiativesDevelop and support a platform that enables the Data and Analytics team to rapidly develop, train, and experimentCollaborate with Data Services Manager, DART Senior Manager, and other IT leadership groups in designing and implementing machine learning, data modeling and reporting tools Ensure delivering team are following Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and create and maintain required documentation of newly developed productsParticipate in review of projects and internal work efforts for any reporting and machine learning opportunities Keep up with latest industry trends on latest technology to meet business data strategy initiativesQualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferredMinimum of 5 years of general-purpose programming languages (SQL, Python, DAX) and implementing data analytical solutions from development to production, or equivalent experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferredHighly proficient with Microsoft BI reporting, Microsoft ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architectureExperience coaching and managing a team, including the work of remote team members Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing othersExperience in estimating resources to implement data warehouse/mart solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to othersAbility to travel as needed, approximately 5%Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

    This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location.

    This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
