Amentum is seeking an **IT** **Project Manager** to join our team and support our **Colorado Springs, CO** customer. We are looking for team members who are passionate about making a difference by working on critical efforts we manage as a premier government contractor.

Responsibilities:
+ Plan, direct, and coordinate computer-related activities, including electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
+ Perform day-to-day management of the program and developing long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the contract
+ Providing frequent periodic reports on the status of the contractor staffing, deliverables, and their compliance with the contract
+ Point of contact for non-routine to moderately complex installation projects for communication networks
+ Tracking and monitoring service orders through completion and turn-up and preparing deliverables
+ Estimating effort, cost, and schedule for complex projects
+ Creating project management plans for IT Infrastructure projects. Monitors PjMP implementation progress and cost against the plan

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ PhD degree in a related field
+ Or a Masters degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of IT project management experience
+ Or a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 4 years of IT project management experience
+ Or an Associates degree in a related field, and at least 6 years of IT project management experience
+ Or a High school diploma/GED, at least 8 years of IT project management experience
+ Possess PMP certification, CSM certification, or equivalent
+ Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI eligibility, and the ability to obtain a polygraph after hire. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) environment
