- Helping callers find the nearest Moneytree branch, providing hours of operation, and phone numbers
- Gathering and analyzing information to find solutions for customers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Must reside in Washington
- Computer proficiency with intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills
- Basic math skills
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An adequate workspace at home and reliable internet access, pursuant to Moneytree's Work-From-Home Policy
- Ability to work a variable schedule between 7 am and 7 pm Pacific, with every other weekend off
