As a Customer Service Representative, you provide customers with personalized, friendly service over the phone to ensure that each customer feels valued doing business with Moneytree. Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Processing payments for customers
• Assisting customers with payment plans and payment date changes
• Providing product and service information to callers
• Helping callers find the nearest Moneytree branch, providing hours of operation, and phone numbers
• Gathering and analyzing information to find solutions for customers
• Providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Must reside in Washington
• Computer proficiency with intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills
• Basic math skills
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and a willingness to learn and grow
• Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An adequate workspace at home and reliable internet access, pursuant to Moneytree's Work-From-Home Policy
• Ability to work a variable schedule between 7 am and 7 pm Pacific, with every other weekend off
