Define, manage, and maintain the project portfolio for the organization.Understands various Funding Models and Economic ForecastingDefine and maintain Performance and Quality Metric Prioritization and Planning for Initiatives including SWOT, Statistical Analysis and Talent evaluationDevelops RFP (Requests For Proposals) for external servicesReviewing evaluations.
