- Completes all assigned prep list items and sets up cook's line stations.
- Maintains product presentations, product quality and cook time standards.
- Prepares all menu items according to recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
- Completes side duties including, but not limited to bussing tables, cleaning back of the house areas, washing dishes, unpacking food / supply deliveries, organizing stockroom / cooler shelves.
- Adheres to Company food and shelf life absolutes.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Some kitchen experience helpful, but not required.
- Professional communication skills are required.
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
- Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe.
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequently wash hands
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance
