- Financial Modeling
- Provide macro-level industry trends and benchmarks, along with knowledgeable commentary on key comparable companies to be included in dashboards and discussed with C-suite at a regular cadence
- Development and reporting of specific performance metrics, including, ROI and pro-forma market analysis
- Ad hoc financial analysis
- Oversee and manage bottoms-up budgets for entire company shop segment, all supporting HQ department spend, as well as rolling this into the annual operating plan
- Responsible for the development of the of capex budget for all new shops, as well as existing capital outlay for repairs, refurbishments and replacements at existing shops
- Develop and oversee dashboard KPIs for company shop financial results
- Hire, train, and develop support staff for growth and continued contribution to the finance team
- Oversee and manage the development of relevant reporting
- Oversee and manage the review of actual performance vs planned performance for all Company Shops on a regular cadence
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of financial or business analysis experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP systems knowledge; SQL preferred
- MS Office Suite experience, with strong skills in Excel
- PowerBI experience is a must
- Multi-Unit Retail finance support is preferred
- Experience in a high-growth environment is preferred
- This position is based in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates are expected to either reside in the Phoenix area or be able to travel to Phoenix for a duration of two weeks every month

Position Overview
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing essential financial functions within the organization, with a focus on business planning and field decision support. Through collaboration with various departments, this role ensures effective budget management, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making. The Senior Finance Manager will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and more to support key decision-making.
