Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Benefits Analyst to manage our Savings,Retirement and Pension program administration,personnel reviewing accurately in compliance with plan rules,funding legislative requirements,internal practices in the US and Canada.
You will need to partner with our outsourced administrators on processing complex calculations analyzing data interpreting plan rules ensuring accuracy managing cases supporting resolution inquiries escalations errors requests participants active retiree pension population leads projects standard visibility scope complexity ongoing operations audit vendor management improvements operational support standardized self service HR solutions digital transformation initiatives optimizing processes enhancing employee experience driving journey contributing overall success effectiveness
