    Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of necessary materials. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Spanish preferred. Experience in purchasing paper goods, packaging materials, or related industries is highly desirable.


    Responsibilities :
    Source and procure materials necessary for our operations, including paper goods, packaging materials, and other supplies.
    Research potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and pricing agreements.
    Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
    Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
    Monitor inventory levels and anticipate future material needs to prevent shortages or delays.
    Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and supplier developments to inform purchasing decisions.
    Collaborate with other departments to optimize the procurement process and ensure operational efficiency.
    Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the procurement function.
    Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
    Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in relevant industries.
    Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish favorable terms and pricing agreements with suppliers.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with procurement software or systems.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to procurement and supply chain management.
