- As a Superintendent, you will operate in a highly collaborative setting and will oversee:
- Site ownership and leadership across all project aspects during Construction, focusing on Safety, Quality, and Schedule adherence.
- Execution of Contract Requirements.
- Manage and ensure project safety, schedule, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety standards.
- Hold an OSHA 30 Hour certification as a minimum requirement.
- Supervision of on-site work teams.
- Daily coordination and inspection of installed work.
- Delegation of team duties.
- Collaboration with the Office and Field Team to achieve project objectives and manage risks effectively.
- Organizing project site activities and logistics.
- Lead by example with integrity, fostering a culture of mentorship and development among project associates.
- Interpret Construction Design Documents and Specifications effectively.
- Experience of 5 to 10 years in commercial construction projects.
- Aptitude for collaborative work environments.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Promotes a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Ability to work meticulously and efficiently, with a good sense of timeliness.
- Knowledgeable about project processes and their contribution to successful project completion.
- Proficient in various trades and scopes of work.
- Regular physical activities include Sitting, Standing, Walking, Climbing, Bending, Reaching, Pushing, and Pulling.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management, accounting, and scheduling software.
- Understanding of self-perform and labor productivity concepts.
- Skilled in budget management.
- Familiarity with organizational structures and available resources.
- Knowledge of layout skills as well as crane flagging and rigging.
- Able to adapt to document changes and their impact on project schedules.
- Capable of fostering relationships and collaborating effectively within internal and external teams.
