    About The Role

    Reporting to the Global IT Manager, the IT System Administrator will provide local IT support to our US office while collaborating closely with our global IT team.

    The role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including basic IT support, network troubleshooting, ERP system administration, EDI order management, CRM and intranet management, database administration, and support for SOC compliance.

    Responsibilities
    Provide basic IT support for office and remote workers in our US branches, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    Assist with setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
    Perform basic network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues
    Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
    Provide assistance with the company's ERP system, including user administration and privileged access management.
    Communicate with ERP vendors and other software providers to log support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
    Serve as the point of contact for local EDI order management, project managing communication with customers and SPS Commerce.
    Troubleshoot EDI-specific issues, including order management and shipping routines in a warehouse environment.
    Update our CRM system and WordPress-based intranet with relevant information and content.
    Ensure that the CRM system and intranet are functioning properly and meeting the needs of internal users.
    Maintain and administer databases used for various business applications.
    Understand cloud-based ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and assist in data integration tasks.

    Support SOC (System and Organization Controls) compliance efforts, including assisting with audits and ensuring that IT systems meet regulatory requirements.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    Proven experience in IT support and system administration roles.
    Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques.
    Experience with ERP systems and EDI order management.
    Familiarity with CRM systems, intranets, databases, and cloud-based ETL tools.
    Understanding of SOC compliance requirements and best practices
