Job summary
We are now hiring for a full-time Case Manager to join our LAS Individual Rights and Social Justice Practice Group.This position will support LAS's team in Central Illinois to bring supportive services to LAS's clients,such as locating resources for food,therapy,and housing,assisting with obtaining passports and birth certificates,and liaising with other state and federal agencies on behalf of the client.
