    About the Role
    Painters USA is seeking a reliable, experienced Flooring Craftsman to support commercial and industrial flooring projects across Wisconsin. This hands-on role focuses on high-quality installation, surface prep, coatings, repairs, and finishing work while upholding our strong safety and professionalism standards on every job site.
    What You'll Do
    • Install, repair, and finish commercial/industrial flooring systems (e.g., epoxy, urethane coatings, concrete polishing, resurfacing, safety striping, etc.)
    • Perform detailed surface preparation: grinding, shot blasting, patching, moisture testing, crack repair
    • Mix and apply flooring products according to specifications and manufacturer standards
    • Operate flooring equipment (grinders, mixers, trowels, vacuums, etc.) safely and efficiently
    • Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure proper material handling
    • Follow all job-site and company safety procedures
    • Work as part of a high-performing team to complete tasks on time and to quality expectations
    • Support the foreman with job execution, staging, and finishing tasks as needed
    What We're Looking For
    • 2-4+ years of experience in commercial or industrial flooring installation
      (epoxy/urethane coatings, concrete prep, polishing, resurfacing, or similar trades)
    • Strong understanding of flooring tools, equipment, and prep requirements
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow project directions and safety standards
    • Comfortable working on various job-site surfaces and environments
    • Valid driver's license preferred
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
    • Willingness to travel and work varied shifts depending on project needs
