Position Purpose:
Responsible for assisting all customers with order entries and any inquiries regarding the company. In addition, responsible for keeping all customers satisfied and content with the company as their distributor and to accommodate them as best possible. Addresses customer issues and deals with various concrete variables in scenarios with standardization. Interacts with customers, vendors and colleagues in a professional manner to provide accurate and timely responses. Acts as a team player within the department and organization, undertaking any assigned duties to enhance company performance.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area.
Must possess multitasking abilities and excellent attention to detail. Quick learner, proficient computer skills, phone etiquette, experience in high-volume phone and customer service. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
