- Provide initial and reassessments for all all participants' physical condition and functioning status.
- Develop a treatment program when indicated, including status, goals and providing treatment.
- Record and sign treatments each day, noting method of treatment and reaction of participant and narrative notes (as needed). Also responsible for recording, dating, and signing quarterly progress notes.
- Supervise a maintenance program designed by an occupational and/or physical Therapist. The OT shall supervise the aides or other staff assigned to carry out specific activities developed by the occupational or physical therapist to help the participant maintain current levels of functioning.
- Must hold a current California OT license
- Passion to help and motivate others
