    Essential Functions:

    • Strategy and Execution - Manage key business KPIs to accomplish strategic goals
    • Marketing Strategic Plan Development & Execution Responsible for development and execution of strategies that contribute to overall marketing plan objective. Partner internally and externally to develop and execute marketing activities that drive growth and achieve targets (I adjusted this one a bit)
    • Competitive Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, including promotions, advertising
    • Email Marketing - Create, manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns for a variety of new and existing audiences
    • Content Development - Develop creative for marketing content campaigns (acquisition and retention), website, etc.
    • Project Management Perform ad-hoc projects as needed
    • Promotion Operations - Set-up promotions, internal promotions communications, develop marketing creative for promotional campaigns

    Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

    • College degree
    • 3-5 years related brand or product marketing experience, including direct email marketing experience
    • Direct experience using email send platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
    • Hardware, tech or consumer packaged goods experience (required)

    We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min:$100,042 Mid:$125,053 Max:$150,063
