Job summary
This is an internal promotional opportunity for current FDC employees only.The Correctional Officer Sergeant supervises male or female inmates commensurate with their risk level,
manages inmate housing areas, enforces rules and sanitation standards,
transports inmates using approved restraints,
maintains custody and control over inmates during appointments outside the secured perimeter,
ejects individuals from vehicles when necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be a citizen of the United States
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
