• Assigns ICD, CPT and HCPCS coding classifications based on clinical documentation and/or physician orders.
• Hospital Side Coding; ICD-10-CM & PCS codes
• Inputting or verifying classification codes for patients' diagnoses, testing procedures, and/or treatments.
• Would prefer candidates with Epic and 3M experience.
• Verifies data abstracted and entered from the EMR
• This position is for inpatient coders only - not professional coders.
• Codes and abstracts medical record data at an advanced level of complexity.

• Must have minimum 1 years of experience working as HIM Coder (Health Information Management)
• Must Know skills- EPIC, PCS, ICD, Hospital Billing, Medical Billing & Coding
• Must have any one certification Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Coding Associate (CCA)
• Must have recent one year of experience as HIM Inpatient Coder
