Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction through effective coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluates each restaurant's QSC standards
2. Provides regular feedback and coaching on improvement
3. Conducts periodic inspections of the restaurant
4. Communicates customer comments and concerns to Restaurant Managers
