    Description

    Main responsibilities:

    • Move parts from production plant to finished goods warehouse
    • Help load/unload trailers at both locations
    • Assist in loading customer trucks when necessary
    • Pull, stage, and label shipments as required
    • Handle receipt and shipment transactions

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate material handling equipment to transfer materials between storage areas
    • Hold a valid CDL license and DOT physical
    • Unload/load materials from freight trucks in the shipping/receiving department
    • Ensure accurate scanning and placement of materials
    • Maintain cleanliness in material distribution channels
    • Drive switcher truck to transport materials between production areas
    • Follow procedures for material transactions, labeling, and quality standards
    • Maintain and report damages to leased equipment
    • Alert management of any issues affecting product delivery

    Qualifications:

    • High school Diploma or GED
    • 1-3 years of experience
    • CDL License REQUIRED
    • Knowledge of the metric system
    • Proficient in using computer terminals
    • Skilled in operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
    • Ability to read and write accurately
