    Description

    Oversee Store Managers and team members making sure they follow all processes and procedures resulting in superior service, consistent product, happy culture & healthy stores (safe & clean).

    Drive profitability by consistently meeting and exceeding key performance indicators goals. Support Area Manager. Communicate PLP Daddy news & updates. Use our Learning Management System to train our models and methodologies. Must be able to perform all store functions and use all store equipment.
    Train new team members closely by personally demonstrating how to complete the training activity. Use a coaching management style to develop existing team members.
    Use interview questionnaires, any available assessment and application for all interviews.
    ~ Enforce all Peace Love and Pizza policy, including kitchen policy & general policy
    Visual Information Centers. Keep documents current. Train team members on posted procedures and policy.
    Report emergency equipment failures to Area Manager (or owner if no Area Manager) immediately. Inventory life cycle. Food ordering, receive invoices in POS, post waste / transfers, end of month count and close period.
    Food management. Date and rotate all food as prepped and received. Waste expired and spoiled food.

    Promote the Peace Love and Pizza brand across multiple segments, including businesses, schools, community organizations, residential, multi-unit housing, hotels and other segments planned during weekly management meeting.

    Effectively and efficiently implement and execute new and existing technological platforms to run overall business model.

    Respond to break in phone calls from alarm company by answering phone at all hours and coming to store to secure.

    Respond to any other security needs from store employees or authorities immediately.
    Meet company goals, including labor, food, customer service and sales growth.
    Learning Management System (LMS). Schedule and develop store management team. Identify future stars to keep management pipeline full.
    Internal Management meeting. Get input from management team.
    Store Management Meeting. Monthly Management meeting.

    Provide verbal and written counseling needed to resolve conflict and hold team members accountable to their position description, policies and procedures.

    Written counseling must be signed off and uploaded in ADP employee documents. Training and development are preferred when possible.
