- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical office
- Surgical experience required
- Experience with scheduling appointments required
- Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization required
- EPIC experience required
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)/ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent.
- Additional certifications may be required.
