The Impact You'll Make
You will own product development work from concept through commercialization, supporting innovation and continuous improvement across the protein portfolio. Your decisions will directly influence product quality, manufacturability, cost, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead new product development and optimization projects from formulation through launch
- Design and run kitchen, pilot, and plant trials, including troubleshooting when outcomes change
- Own product formulas, specifications, and quality attributes
- Partner with Operations, QA, Regulatory, and Sales to ensure successful execution
- Support rapid commercialization timelines while maintaining technical rigor
- Learn and navigate internal systems to translate development work into production reality

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Animal Science, or related field
