    What You Will Do:

    As the Marketing Analytics Lead Analyst, your role is pivotal in crafting analytics that enable us to construct solid business cases and make strategic choices driving our commercial triumph. You will engage in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with Marketing, Finance, and other analytics and IT teams to unearth key insights. Additionally, you will explore our business processes with experts to identify how we can improve and streamline them for better, more actionable data. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will advise on enhancing data quality and utility, ensuring it underpins our strategic insights effectively. You will oversee the entire data lifecycle, from its inception and gathering to its structuring, refinement, and sharing, spearheading our efforts to leverage data in achieving our strategic business goals.

    • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and various analytics teams to support key business initiatives.
    • Offer actionable insights concentrated on customer behavior, market dynamics, and product analysis, enabling informed recommendations for new business opportunities and portfolio decisions.
    • Independently conceptualize and construct reports using visualization tools like Power BI to effectively communicate data-driven insights and empower stakeholders with self-service access to data.
    • Propose comprehensive solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing data and technical frameworks.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to thoroughly investigate and recommend optimizations for business processes, aiming to enhance data quality and usability effectively.
    • Independently deliver clear training documentation, explanations, and support to stakeholders, ensuring effective utilization of insights.
    • Lead by example with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a team-first attitude, setting a positive example for the department and the organization as a whole.
    • Provide essential data analytics support for the Endoscopy division
    • Actively contribute to a team culture that values innovative solutions, transparency, diversity, and collaboration, fostering an environment conducive to collective success.
    What You Need:
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 4+ years relevant experience required
    • Strong understanding and technical knowledge of data modeling, cleansing, and report development in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx or similar tools.
    • Hands on scripting (python, R, and/or SQL) or statistical analysis experience required.
    • Proficiency with healthcare analytics and data structures preferred.
    • Intermediate understanding of business strategy, market insights, and research preferred.
    • Experience with CRM tools (eg Salesforce) preferred.
    You will need to reside within a commutable distance to our office in Flower Mound, TX, with the flexibility to be on-site as needed.

    Travel Percentage: 10%
