Brighton Rehabilitation has a Rehabilitation Director (Speech-Language Pathologist / Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist) position open at Heritage Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Nephi, UT.

This is a great opportunity to work in management in a geriatric setting. As Rehab Team Leader with Brighton Rehab you will assist with the management of clinical and financial operations for the building's rehabilitation program. Additionally, you will plan, direct, and coordinate department activities to ensure that both company and client goals are met.

Skills & Requirements

License or Certification:

• Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited PT program, ASHA accredited Speech Language Pathology program, or AOTA accredited OT program
• Must have a current UT RPT, SLP, or OTL / OTR license in good standing, or qualify for licensing by reciprocity

Experience and skills:

• Minimum of one year experience in rehab management role
• Proven ability to perform administrative managerial tasks
• Experience in long-term care and a geriatric setting
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
