    Description

    E-3 Technical Solutions seeks an experienced Fiber Splicer to join our nationwide team. This full-time role requires extensive travel across the country.

    • Install, , and test single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic cables and connectors;
    • Perform OTDR, power meter, and light source testing for end-to-end validation;
    • Interpret fiber optic schematics, splice plans, and network diagrams;

    Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues efficiently in the field.
    Candidates must maintain thorough documentation of work performed
    and collaborate with engineering teams as needed.
