- Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Texas.
- Current registration of license to practice dentistry in the state of Texas.
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) controlled substance registration certificate.
- Current BLS-HP.

Performs responsible general direct dental care services for the offender population of a correctional facility, in conformance with University procedures and Health Services policies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Located within the confines of a prison, jail or juvenile detention center. Security clearance is required; pre-employment drug testing is also required.
