- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in communal areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and recreational facilities.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel for repairs.
- Assist maintenance technicians with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain outdoor areas by sweeping walkways, removing debris, and maintaining cleanliness of parking lots and grounds.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests by addressing inquiries and concerns courteously and promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
