- Minimum one (1) years' experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
- Minimum one (1) years' experience with the chronically mentally ill, preferably with patients with a dual diagnosis (substance abuse/mental illness).
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately and be detail orientated.
- Ability to efficiently prepare written summaries of activities, set priorities and complete reports within required time frames.
- Ability to work with patients and program staff from diverse cultural and social class backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability
- DNSc - Doctor of Nursing Science.
- Prior related ZSFG experience or prior UCSF or UC experience.
- Ability to qualify as UCSF Health trusted interpreter in Spanish.
- Experience using EPIC/AVATAR.
- Cantonese/Mandarin speaking ability.
