    The Role:

    We are actively seeking a Financial Advisor to join our energetic team, with opportunities available at our Sugarland, Katy, and The Woodlands branches in the vibrant Houston Metro area. As a Financial Advisor at Roberts Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in our company's accelerated growth. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about financial planning and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of others, especially those looking to expand their clientele or serve a broader community. To help you overcome the challenge of client acquisition, we provide a list of potential clients who are interested in your expertise in financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and insurance planning.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive financial planning for clients, especially those aged 50-75 with significant investable assets.
    • Utilize a variety of financial tools including fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance.
    • Work within our strong marketing operation, leveraging TV and radio shows, digital marketing, and live events to connect with potential clients.
    • Commit to ongoing development and learning to reach your full potential as a financial advisor.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Active Life and Health Insurance License and Series 65 or 66 License.
    • Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
    • Experience in front of clients is preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Coachable, hard-working, and motivated with a desire to help people and grow with the company.
    • Fluent in Urdu and Hindi
