    MAJOR FUNCTIONAssist the Credit team with day to day financial and clerical tasks to help with timely collections of customer AR balances.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in collection of AR balancesSend out past due invoices via emailRetrieve proof of delivery information from freight carriersPull tracking information from LNResearch customer chargebacks and provide supporting documentationSubmit dispute cases to customer service for pricing and shortagesCommunicate with Credit Representative on status and items needing further investigationWork on specific projects as needed, by customerMay include exporting invoice informationGenerating pro-forma invoicesManage various mailboxes to route activity correctlyOther AR duties, as needed and determined by ManagerSubmit invoices in online customer portalsClear matching transactionsSend/email statements monthly


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:
    High school diploma


    EXPERIENCE:
    2 years of accounts receivable or office environmentKNOWLEDGE &


    PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
    Proficient in EnglishProfessional email and phone etiquetteAbility to utilize an accounting system, such as SAPExcellent attention to detail and organizationAbility to effectively communicate to customers, co-workersStrong team player who will be able to meet deadlines


    COMPUTER SKILLS:


    Proficiency in use of MS Excel, WordAbility to comfortably navigate the internet on freight carrier portals and customer payment portalsAbility to process computer data and to format and generate reportsAbility to utilize ERP system, such as experience a plusLet's create a cleaner future togetherClean is changing.
