Salary Package:
$130K-$140k per year plus comprehensive benefits
Hourly Rate:
$60-$65/hr for contract positions without benefits
Position Overview:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields
- Four or more years of experience in computer software development roles
- At least two years of experience in AI/Client Engineering with a solid grasp of Data Science and AIML practices/workflows
- Proficiency in RTML model serving and/or developing large-scale cloud-based RT frameworks
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and Java
- Hands-on experience in large application development in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and On-Prem clusters
- Familiarity with K8s architecture and operations, deploying applications in production K8s clusters, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of RT system stats collection and performance monitoring methods
- Basic knowledge of RT Feature Engineering methodology
- Knowledge of data science concepts and requirements from data scientists
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with non-tech business stakeholders
- Experience with cloud infrastructures and MLOps in cloud environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and frameworks like ArgoCD
