- Review and manage daily project logs, RFIs and submittals, assisting in the management of subcontracts
- Maintain a working knowledge of project contract, job specifications, and plans to ensure quality and safety of work
- Distribute submittals, RFIs and project schedules to team supervisors and subcontractor leadership
- Negotiate and administer project change orders
- Coordinate project close out and punch-list management
- At least 3 years of experience working in the construction industry with at least 2 years spent working as an Assistant Project Manager or Project engineer
- Prior experience working for a commercial General Contractor or Construction Management firm
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant engineering/construction field is preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure

They offer a wide range of services including Pre-construction, Design-Build and General Contracting with offices in 10 states.
As part of their continued expansion they are now looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team.
Responsibilities
Experience Required
This position is offering a salary range of $75,000-$110,000 per year dependent on experience. Excellent Health Benefits, 401 (k) match and annual bonus scheme is available.
