    Job DescriptionDescription:

    As a Commercial Journeyman Plumber you will be responsible for installing drain, waste, vent pipes, fixtures and equipment within tenant improvement environments. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday 10 pm to 6 am.

    Responsibilities

    • Install plumbing pipes such as: PVC, ABS, Cast Iron (no hub) and/or copper
    • Install fixtures according to manufacture specifications and municipal codes
    • Install commercial gas and/or electric water heaters and tankless water heaters
    • Perform existing location of drain lines and inspection of pipes and connections
    • Perform manual labor to clean and prepare jobsites which includes but not limited to dig trenches, set braces to support excavations sides, erect scaffolding and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials
    • Read and layout from blueprints, plans and isometric drawings
    • Install service for grease traps, waste lines, sump pumps, sanitary waste, water systems and utilities within a commercial retail environments
    • Must be able to work according to current OSHA safety guidelines and policies
    • Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the operations of department
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 4 years' recent experience as a commercial plumber
    • A valid driver license with an insurable driving record
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
    • English literacy skills
    • Cell phone literacy for the use of communication and mobile email
    • Must be able to work according to safety guidelines, OSHA, and workplace policies
