Monday - Friday; first shift. This role has the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid capacity, but not fully remote

Required Qualifications:
•Minimum of four years' experience administering market based pay programs and/or financial experience to include modeling cost analysis, data interpretation and analysis required.
•Bachelor's degree required.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
•Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills required.
•Highly detailed and analytical skills required.
•Ability to identify problem, recommend alternatives, and collaborate to implement necessary changes required.
•Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities required.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience administering market based pay programs and/or financial experience to include modeling cost analysis, data interpretation and analysis in a healthcare setting preferred.
•HR systems experience with market pricing and modeling and job descriptions preferred.
•Experience with variable pay programs preferred.
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or related field preferred.
•Coursework in statistical analysis preferred.
•Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
•Knowledge of human resources and compensation best practices preferred.
•Certified Compensation Professional coursework/certification preferred.
