- Control all functions dealing with health information.
- Scans reports and medical records into medical record imaging system.
- Protects health information and assist with legal affairs, subpoenas, court orders, patients, attorneys, insurance companies,disability, and continuing patient care.
- Ensures that medical record requests are completed in compliance with HIPAA Federal Law.
- Ensure the privacy, safety, and security of records, including release of information only to authorized individuals.

Main Responsibilities:
Two to five years of experience in the Medical Records field.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite, ATHENA and eClinicalWorks.
Bilingual Spanish speaking is required.
