    Key Responsibilities:

    Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Plant Finance Manager to support the Supply Chain organization driving the delivery of the company's goals and initiatives.

    This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong collaborative cross-functional partnerships while leading all finance activities for two plant sites including month end close, annual plan, forecasting, productivity, SOX controls, productivity, and any ad hoc analyses. Additionally, the role is responsible for the leadership, growth, and development of a high-performing finance team. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing, and strong, collaborativepartnership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, results-driven environment.

    We are seeking a candidate based in the City of Industry area.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Lead the month end close, monthly forecast, and annual plan process for two plant sites
    • Prepare journal entries, analyze variances, and report accurate and timely results monthly
    • Conduct root cause analysis, provide insights and recommendations for plant variances
    • Build and monitor annual plan with supply chain cross-functional business partners
    • Partner with plant team and cost accounting to ensure accurate product cost standards
    • Drive the ideation and implementation of 3-year productivity pipeline for both sites
    • Support and assist in driving plant waste reductions and line efficiency improvements
    • Ensure 100% compliance with all controls including SOX, internal and external audit partners
    • Develop and communicate financial results and metrics to plant leadership teams
    • Partner with plant cross-functional business partners to drive productivity savings
    • Be a visible business partner throughout site including spending time in plant with operations
    • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting to senior leadership ensuring a high degree of accuracy and business insights
    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative cross-functional partnerships
    • Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
    • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts in an ambiguous work environment
    • Drive streamlined reporting, process, and system efficiencies with new ERP system
    • Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operations and transformation programs
    Professional Experience / Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus
    • 7+ years in finance or accounting roles, CPG experience a plus
    • Supply Chain finance required experience
    • Experience in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Extremely versatile in ambiguous environment with drive for results
    • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
    • Inquisitive and critical thinker with the ability to drive thought leadership
    • Possess a strong sense of urgency
    • Results driven team player with a passion for success

    The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
