- Work 8-hour variable shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract duration with ASAP start date
- On-call requirements: 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 backup per week with 30-minute response time
- Holiday rotation required
- May be required to float to all Central Aspirus locations if needed
- Must be outside a 50-mile radius of facility location
- 2+ years of CVOR experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree or Certificate preferred
- Set up operative suites for patients and ensure all supplies are available in case carts
- Scrub surgical cases across various specialties and turn over rooms for multiple procedures
- Work with 3 cardiothoracic surgeons handling approximately 50-60 cases per month
- Cardiac/Thoracic and robotic thoracic experience required
- Must be flexible, motivated, and willing to perform downtime tasks like pulling case carts and cleaning
- Any color scrubs permitted
- Use Epic charting system
- Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
