Job summary
We're a growing home services company in Westminster doing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work across the Denver metro. We need someone to run our office and build a call center operation from scratch.This isn't a typical office manager role. Yes, you'll handle the day-to-day — payroll, vendor coordination, onboarding, scheduling,
and keeping the operation organized. But the bigger opportunity is this: we're sitting on a database of 20, 00 past customers and leads,
and we need someone who can pick up the phone,
start booking appointments,and eventually hire and manage a team to do it at scale.

& making outbound calls.
