    Acupuncture To An Origin is looking for a positive, self-motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Your role will play an integral role in our patients' experience.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Scheduling patient appointments.

    · Greeting and welcoming patients and walk-in inquiries at the reception desk.

    · Answering phone and emails.

    · Filing/organizing new patient charts.

    · Submitting forms to billers.

    · Receiving payments.

    · Re-organizing patient rooms after visits which includes sanitizing tools/linens.

    · Supporting the acupuncturists deliver great treatment to all guests.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    · Positive with a 'willing to help' attitude

    · Customer/Patient service oriented

    · Detail-oriented with proficient organizational and written/oral communications skills

    · Microsoft office and Google Drive proficient
