    Job Description

    We are seeking Full-Time Paraprofessionals to join our team.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Our Paraprofessionals play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure school environment for our students. They will follow lesson plans, both independently and with the teacher, and act as an instructional resource and support. Additionally, they will perform various duties as dictated by the IEP and directed by the assigned teacher, school nurse, principal or designee.

    • Attend IEP meetings with the student when able
    • Provide ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as toileting, feeding, swimming, and other duties as assigned
    • Assist classroom teachers in developing objectives to meet the needs of the students
    • Maintain individual student data collection on each student
    • Actively engage with students in all assigned educational activities under direct supervision of the teacher

    Position Requirements

    To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

    • 60 college credits required
    • Follow the Department of Health Covid Vaccination guidelines

    What We Offer

    Qualified candidates who are hired for Full-Time employment will receive a Signing Bonus of $1500.00, paid out in two installments: $750.00 after six months of continuous employment and $750.00 after twelve months of continuous employment.
