The Facilities Manager plays a vital role in keeping Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center's facilities safe functional and operating smoothly year-round.Responsibilities
- Oversee and steward all facility maintenance across both farm sites ensuring consistent documentation of issues repairs and associated budgets
- Manage a comprehensive maintenance program including preventive maintenance PM work orders WO and parts inventory
- Collaborate closely with managers and staff across all departments to plan repairs proactively and minimize disruptions
- Perform or coordinate maintenance repair of buildings production equipment coolers greenhouses irrigation systems vehicles etc as appropriate
- Anticipate future maintenance needs communicate timelines impacts clearly with the broader team
