Job summary
Seeking a Clinical Lead RN to oversee nursing and administrative functions in Pre-Op PACU and Surgery departments.Coordinate implement and evaluate patient care ensuring safety and quality.
Serve as a resource delegate tasks and supervise care delivery to staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating clinical activities staffing and resources under the Clinical Administrator.
- Care for patients manage daily schedules assist with QAPI activities participate in Safety Committee meetings ensure staff breaks physician liaison duties.
- Maintain high standards of patient care through effective delegation supervision education advocacy family support collaboration with healthcare teams multidisciplinary approach continuous improvement.
