Reports To: Director of Operations

General Description: Under the supervision of the Director of Operations/Administrator, responsible for overseeing all House activities to ensure a safe and meaningful environment for residents and their families.

Provides leadership in activities, supervision of caregivers, and ensures compliance with policies and practices.

Health Services:

Directs caregivers in basic duties.
Maintains accurate clinical records.
Ensures residents' safety and medication compliance.
Communicates with physicians and coordinates care for residents in poor health.

Food Services:

Oversees meal preparation following regulations.
Orders food and supplies regularly.
Supervises care partners and maintains food-related documentation.
Ensures compliance with food storage regulations.

General:

Promotes person-centered care and excellent customer service.
Implements care based on residents' needs and life stories.
Maintains accurate payroll records and handles staffing issues.
Attends training sessions, meetings, and ensures staff attendance in in-services.
Conducts regular rounds for resident well-being.

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license.
First Aid & CPR certification.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in nursing and geriatric care.
Experience with residents with memory loss.
Willingness to work flexible hours and meet physical requirements.
