Xpressdocs is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

In this position, you will:
work with all departments cross-functionally and report to the CFO
support our internal business systems with an emphasis on Microsoft Business Central
develop, customize, transition, and train internal users on our systems
build out reporting using Jet Reports, Power BI, and other reporting tools to be used by internal and external users

evaluate business processes:
anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions
recommend best practices for our business systems, develop those out, and train users on the tools
lead ongoing reviews and validations of data optimization strategies
conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements

You'll thrive in this role if you have:
a natural analytical way of thinking and are self-motivated.
a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central
experience with SQL preferred but not required
fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
a proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
