    Spectrum Field Support Agent

    Job Summary

    In this role, you will support Spectrum Field Technicians by troubleshooting service problems at customer locations. You will utilize your technical and interpersonal skills, along with various computer programs and tools, to resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Working with Spectrum Field Technicians to complete provisioning, device configuration, troubleshooting, and signal measurements to solve problems.
    • Solving technical issues in real-time using the latest tech tools and programs.
    • Acting as traffic controllers for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.
    • Utilizing your interpersonal and customer service skills to interface directly with customers to resolve their issues.

    About You

    We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual who can adapt to a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Technical skills in MS Office and being computer literate.
    • Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
