- High school graduate or equivalent
- Medical assistant certification
- Certification in Operating Room Technology a plus
- Current BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- Knowledge of policies and procedures specific to the OR and GI
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Manual dexterity to handle instruments quickly
- Must be conscientious, organized and able to handle the stress of a busy operating room & GI lab environment
- Must be able to function as a team player
- Possess the ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to communicate and understand the English language, both written and verbal

As a GI Scope Tech at Endoscopy Center of Northern Ohio, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-trained physicians who specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and liver disease.
You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care by providing consultations and services in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment.
