    Description


    American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical unit night shift position requiring telemetry experience and Epic proficiency.

    Details

    Work in a medical/surgical hospital unit
    Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
    Patient population may include those requiring telemetry monitoring
    May be required to float within skill set onsite or to facilities within 40 miles
    Epic EMR system is used and experience is required
    Every other weekend and every other holiday required
    Requirements

    Active WI or compact RN license required
    Minimum of 2 years recent med/surg experience required
    Current BLS certification from AHA required
    Telemetry experience required
    NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
    Nursys and license verification within 30 days prior to start
    Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address
    Additional Information

    Must keep nails short and refrain from artificial or acrylic nails
    May float to other units or nearby sites as needed based on skill set
    Dress code adherence required
    All positions have a radius rule for local candidates, with local rates applying if within the designated distance
    Every other weekend and holiday coverage is expected
    No COVID vaccination requirement

    American Traveler Job ID #P Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
